2 - Achtsamkeit: Trend oder Gegentrend?
Tine und Svenja denken gemeinsam über Achtsamkeit nach - was ist das eigentlich, wo kommt es her und warum ist Achtsamkeit so ein großer Trend in unserem Umfeld geworden? Neben großer Begeisterung über all die psychologischen Effekte von Achtsamkeitsübungen auf Körper und Gehirn stellen Tine und Svenja auch die Frage, wie das ganze mit Selbstoptimierung zusammenhängt. Ist Achtsamkeit manchmal auch eine Symptombekämpfung, die es uns erlaubt, weiterzufunktionieren und Ansprüchen gerecht zu werden, die uns eigentlich gar nicht gut tun?
